Welcome to Power 100. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in any of our events, programs, activities, registrations, or services. By accessing or participating in Power 100, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each event, activity, or program.
• Registration requirements and participation criteria are subject to change at the discretion of Power 100.

2. Registration:

• Participants must complete the registration process accurately and provide all required information.
• Any false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of registration.
• If any registered player with Power100 Sports is found associated with BCCI, any state board affiliated to BCCI or any other association associated to BCCI, player has to submit NOC from the concenred association or boorad. Else registration will be cancelled without any refund.
• Registration fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Participation:

• Registered participants may take part in events, competitions, programs, or activities organized by Power 100.
• Power 100 reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, timings, or formats when necessary.

4. Fees & Payments:

• Certain events or services may require payment of registration or participation fees.
• Additional fees may apply for premium activities, advanced stages, or special programs.

5. Conduct:

• Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, integrity, respect, and fair conduct at all times.
• Any misconduct, cheating, abuse, or violation of rules may lead to suspension or disqualification.

6. Evaluation & Selection:

• Power 100 may evaluate participants based on performance, participation, creativity, engagement, or other relevant criteria.
• All decisions made by organizers, judges, evaluators, or management shall be final and binding.

7. Categories & Programs:

• Participants may be grouped into different categories, levels, programs, or divisions depending on the nature of the activity.

8. Promotions & Opportunities:

• Outstanding participants may receive recognition, awards, sponsorship opportunities, or featured placements.

9. Media & Recording:

• Power 100 may record, photograph, or capture videos of events and activities for promotional and marketing purposes.

10. Intellectual Property:

• All branding, logos, graphics, content, and materials associated with Power 100 remain the intellectual property of Power 100.

11. Amendments:

• Power 100 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Disqualification:

• Power 100 retains the right to suspend or disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability:

• Power 100 shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in events or use of services.
