1. Name:
1.1 The name of the league is Power 100, hereinafter referred to as “The League.”
1.2 Nimble Sports and Events Private Limited is responsible for the operation of the League.
1.3 They are committed to ensuring the integrity of the sport of cricket and promoting the safety and well-being of its members and players.
2. Objectives of the League:
A true sportsperson is one who plays not only within the rules and regulations but also within the spirit of the game. Any action that abuses this spirit causes harm to cricket itself.
The main objectives of the league are:
2.1 To promote the highest possible standards of cricket and playing facilities.
2.2 To uphold the traditions, spirit, and laws of the game at all times.
2.3 To encourage equality and ensure care for all participants regardless of age, gender, disability, race, ethnicity, color, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, religion, or beliefs.
2.4 To actively promote Anti-Racism and Racial Equality in cricket.
2.5 To take disciplinary action against any individual involved in racist behavior or abuse.
3. Membership of the League:
3.1 Membership includes all participants who are admitted and actively participating in the league structure.
4. Governance of the League:
4.1 The affairs of the league shall be governed by a Board of Management, referred to as “The Board.”
5. Appointment of Board Members:
5.1 The Board shall consist of a maximum of 7 members, elected at the Annual General Meeting. Members will serve for three years, with 2–3 members retiring each year by rotation and eligible for re-election.
5.2 The Board shall elect a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and League Secretary.
5.3 Each member has one vote; the Chairman has an additional casting vote.
5.4 A quorum for Board meetings shall be 4 members.
6. Management of the League:
6.1 The League shall have governing bodies responsible for control, organization, and administration.
6.2 These governing bodies include:
6.2.1 Management Committee
(I) Ensures smooth conduct of the league and compliance with rules and regulations.
(II) Responsible for overall operations and enforcing codes of conduct.
(III) Other committees derive authority from this committee.
(IV) Includes the Disciplinary Committee.
6.2.2 Disciplinary Committee
(I) Acts as the dispute resolution authority.
(II) Handles issues like misconduct, racism, cheating, corruption, doping, etc.
(III) Comprised of office bearers.
6.2.3 Organizing Committee
(I) Responsible for organizing and managing league operations.
(II) Handles player management and selection.
6.2.4 Technical Committee
(I) Responsible for technical equipment and facilities.
(II) Ensures smooth technical operations of the league.
7. Terms of Reference for Committees:
7.1 Each committee will define its roles, responsibilities, member appointments, and powers.
8. Rules and Regulations of the League:
8.1 These rules ensure discipline and maintain the spirit of cricket, both on and off the field.
8.2 All players must comply with these rules.

9. Investigation and Disciplinary Proceedings:
9.1 Any violation of rules or policies will be investigated by the Disciplinary Committee.
9.2 Authorized officials may conduct investigations.
9.3 All participants must cooperate fully.
9.4 Penalties may include registration cancellation or disciplinary action.
9.5 If registration is canceled, participation in Power 100 will be terminated.
9.6 Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee are final and binding.
9.7 Fees will not be refunded if registration is canceled.
9.8 Decisions are not subject to further legal or administrative review.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
