Scope and Application:
Nimble Sports and Events Private Limited (Company) is responsible for the operation and management of Power 100, and this Missing Children Policy is adopted and implemented as a part of Power 100.
The Company, by issuing this policy, aims to ensure that all participants remain safe and secure on the premises.
Conduct of Officials:
All officials of Power 100 are required to strictly follow this policy.
Staff members must:
a) Frequently count the number of children in their group to ensure that no one is missing.
b) Ensure that no child leaves the group or premises without informing the coach or officials.
c) Encourage children to inform officials if anyone is missing from the group.
d) Avoid getting overly involved in activities to the extent that participant supervision is compromised.
e) Ensure children are not idle for long periods to prevent wandering away.
Protocol to Be Followed:
If a child goes missing, the following steps must be followed:
a) First, verify and inquire about the child’s whereabouts.
b) Inform Power 100 officials immediately to initiate a search.
c) Monitor all entry and exit points.
d) Search the immediate premises and surrounding areas.
e) If the child is still not found, file a complaint with the concerned authorities after consulting the guardian.
f) Immediately report any suspicious individual who appears out of place.
Safety Standards:
During Power 100 tournaments and camps, officials must ensure all safety standards are maintained, including:
Amendment & Interpretation:
a) This policy may be amended from time to time by Power 100, with changes becoming effective as specified.
b) Headings are for guidance only and do not affect interpretation.
c) If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining policy shall continue in full force.
