I hereby declare that my parents/guardians and I have read and understood all the rules, regulations, and stipulations of Power 100, and we undertake to unconditionally abide by them.
It is implicitly and explicitly agreed that the decision of the coaches in the selection of players will be final and binding on us.
I hereby undertake that I will not ingest, inhale, or consume any performance-enhancing drugs or prohibited substances.
I understand and agree that if I am found guilty of violating any terms of this undertaking, my registration will be immediately canceled.
The decision of the Disciplinary Committee of Power 100 in this regard shall be final and binding on me.
We understand and agree that if the applicant sustains an injury during the course of the camp/season and is unable to continue, no refund will be provided.
The Power 100 Management shall not be liable for the non-disclosure of any medical condition or any injury suffered during the course of play.
In case my registration is canceled for any reason whatsoever by the Disciplinary Committee of Power 100, the registration fee paid shall be forfeited, and we shall have no claim against Power 100 Management or its associates.
We understand and agree that in case the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Power 100 Management, including but not limited to riots, civil unrest, war, acts of God, court orders, or government restrictions, the registration fees will not be refunded.
The Management of Power 100 reserves the sole and absolute right to alter, reschedule, shift, substitute, or change the venue(s) of trials, matches, or the league at any time, with or without prior notice. Such decisions shall be final and binding and not open to challenge.
It is mandatory for the parents/legal guardian to execute an Indemnity Bond on ₹10 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper in the prescribed Power 100 format. The bond must be duly attested by a gazetted officer or notary and submitted at the time of reporting.
Entry to the camp will not be allowed without a valid Indemnity Bond.
