Selection Process Stages

01

STEP

Player Registration

Eligible candidates between 15 to 30 years register through the official Power 100 website, completing registration forms and paying applicable fees. Each registrant receives a unique registration number serving as their identifier throughout the selection process.

02

STEP

Zonal Trial Participation

Registered players participate in professionally organized trials conducted across five zones throughout India. Trials are supervised by experienced selection committees comprising former Indian cricketers and qualified coaches who evaluate batting, bowling, fielding, and overall cricket acumen.

03

STEP

Performance Evaluation

Selection committees assess participants using standardized criteria including technical skills, match temperament, fitness levels, strategic understanding, and teamwork capabilities. Each player’s performance is documented systematically to ensure objective comparison and selection.

04

STEP

Shortlisting and Communication

Top 320 performers (160 per group) are shortlisted based strictly on trial performance. Selected players receive official notifications via registered contact information, providing details regarding next steps, team selection processes, and tournament participation.

05

STEP

Team Owner Selection

Twenty team owners (ten per group) select their respective squads from shortlisted players, creating balanced teams of 16 players each. This process combines merit-based qualification with strategic team building, ensuring competitive balance across all teams.
